Welcome to the POLO - Singapore Balik-Manggagawa Appointment System
This web-based facility allows all vacationing overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) or
Balik Manggagawa (BM) to set an appointment with the POLO-SINGAPORE for the processing of their
overseas certificates (OECs). This is a free service provided for
the convenience of the OFWs. Just follow the procedures below to avail of this online

Passport - valid at least 6 months from the date of departure
Valid Work Visa / Work Permit or Equivalent Document
Proof of returning to same employer (e.g., Contract, Certificate of Employment/Company ID/Pay slip)
Verified and Authenticated contract - For Household Service Workers (HSWs) only
Confirmed roundtrip plane ticket
Updated Pag-IBIG Receipts - (pay to Accredited Remittance Centers at Lucky Plaza - Iremit, PNB, BrunPhil,
Pinoy Express & Metro Remittance. Or pay by using VISA or Mastercard Credit Card. Log on to www.pagibigfund.gov.ph. Click E-Services & select Online Payment Facility.

The system will display the available dates. Click the date of your choice and the available time slot will appear.
Click your preferred time slot.
Once date and time have been chosen, the BM Information Sheet will be displayed. Fill out the entries and ensure to declare your information
accurately and truthfully. Click SUBMIT and "BM Information Sheet" in Portable Document Format (PDF) will be displayed.
Please print in three (3) copies.
Proceed to the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) at the Philippine Embassy, Singapore on your scheduled date and time for the processing of your OEC.
Please bring with you all the documentary requirements, including the printed three (3) copies of your BM Information Sheet.
and Updated Pag-IBIG receipts.
At the POLO processing center, present the printed BM Information Sheet together with the documentary requirements for evaluation/approval and encoding.
If documents are in order, the evaluator encodes worker's employment and gives instruction to proceed to the Payment Counter.
Proceed to the Payment Counter to pay the processing fees for the release of your OEC.
Any form of fraud or misrepresentation on the information submitted will be
dealt with penalties and sanctions according to the policy governing this
online facility and with other applicable laws.
In case you decide to change schedule or amend any information already indicated in your submitted form, please
go back to this PAGE and click "CANCEL APPOINTMENT" then, start the process all over again.
You can only cancel your appointment and information sheet twice.
